Will fx4 seats bolt right up to my truck? I have a 99. I found a pair of black seats in an FX4 with the center console and was thinking about pickin them up next time i go to the junkyard.

There are a set of black leather ones there too but the passenger side one is ripped really bad which SUCKS cuz i would take them in a heart beat. im also taking white face gauges with the orange needles out of an expo which is in mint condition.
got my ohc for thirty bucks today too! finishing up tomorrow with it

didn't get anything yet im going to be getting black cloth fx4 seats with the center console. im not spending on it now because im leaving for florida at the end of the week and want to have some spending money haha

nah they will be there guaranteed. nobody goes to this yard and the truck is in the woods you can barely see it ive seen the truck there two months ago just never looked in it til today and found the seats.

 

Well im back from vacation...like i said, i knew the seats would be there when i got back.


you may see some spots on there but that is parts from cleaning them which have not dried yet.
oh ya i got the center console too lol

I swear, Ranger bucket seats are the hardest damn thing to find... I gave up after almost a year of searching

 

yeah i never would of found them but i randomly went to the outskirts of the junkyard and found only the cab of an FX4 sitting there with no frame or anything just on the body and i found them....im glad for the lumbar support thing haha i have wanted that for a while. and ill be picking up the jump seats in a few weeks just have no money right now lol they are black and seem liek leather.
haha i was pumped when i found them. only one thing is the center console...towards the back it looks like something goes there because there is a like hole on the top but there was nothing in the truck that went on there...i have no clue what its for

 

it's for the arm rest. it's competely missing.. base and all. the base goes were the hole is in that back top

yeah you need that big a** metal support and the arm rest. I have those same seats. Love them but wish they were leather. Im wearing out the cloth real fast.

 

nice. as for the armrest i have no idea were to find them either besides ford prolly. mine is cracked on the bottom of the armrest and i need a new one. it flops around every where.

 

i have the huge metal bracket the one that screws into the floor i just don't have the arm rest and whatever else is needed to mount it to the console itself.

the arm rest itself has two holes on each side that pop on two little pegs on top of that bracket.

 

the armrest just mounts to the metal thing, not really to the console. the console fits around the metal thing, and just basically screws to the floor. the fit together, but dont really ever mount to each other if that makes sense. If you get an armest you could probably find some bolts that will work at ace or something.

 

theres a plastic piece that goes over the top of that metal piece too
