'99 XLT ExCab Where do these wires on the floor go? Trying to clean someone elses mes

I picked up this 99 Ranger XLT and would like to put these wire back where they belong. I purchased it like this laying on the floor. I found it strange that there is a group of them coming in from the back of the cab (right side of picture) There are two male pluge that I cannot seem to find where they go. Someone spliced into one of the plugs from the driver seat belt (see picture). Can you tell me....
Are these wires suppose to go under the carpet somewhere?
Do you have a wire diagram?
I do not think the seats were replaced.

Your help would be appreciated.
Ben

If you pull the cover off below the back window you should be able to tell where they go. Here's my guess. The 2 round connectors don't fit your truck. I think at some point somebody had newer seats in the truck and attached those to the pre-tensioners on the newer seats. The other wires should go up behind the rear cab panel to the keyless entry module or RAC or the dome light, third brake light and rear speakers.
