static electricity

is there anything i can do 2 my front seats because wen i get out every time i keep gettin shocked

Ive seen some sort of Static Guard at the grocery store. Comes in an aerosol can. I think it was actually called Static Guard.

Dunno if you'd want to do this, but you can buy grounding belts to help with static that hang from the truck and contact the ground

Hold on to the door metal as you exit the vehicle (before and during sliding out of the seat). That grounds you so you don't get zapped when you touch the door to shut it.

IDK how to stop it, but make sure you touch something and get rid of the shock before you fill up for gas. Might go booom.....

this.... as you exit the truck grab metal before you leave the seat anf you should be good... or pic up your feet when you walk lol

That's why I have leather in both the Ranger and the Protege 5--that and the Jack Russell hair is easier to remove from leather than cloth.
