Taking rear jumper seats out?

I was wondering if you I can take out the rear jumper seats out of my truck and maybe install a rear panel from reg. cab so i won't have that opening? Has this been done?

Ive been trying to take my rear ones out. There's a BIG Torx head bolt in there though, bigger than a t40, than I can't get out. Other than that, there are 4 bolts that are i think 13mm. Hopefully someone can help us both out.

i havent thought about that but that sounds like a good idea...i just hacked the hell out of mine and put a box in front of it...as for the bolts just crank on them...they will come out.

I used a T45 Torx to get them out. I don't see why you couldn't use something like that to cover it up. There are 2 torx per seat.
