Vinyl floor!! Has anybody heard of this company?
I am looking for something to replace my nasty tan carpet and stumbled upon this company! Has anybody heard of them or possibly seen any of their products in person? I am looking at the black vinyl one.

Ya, I forgot that some fords came with a vinyl floor. I will have to call the ol' stealership and see how much they want for one. I went into the line-x place to get a quote on spraying my bed and asked if they would spray the carpet liner with line-x but they said they never tried it on something like and did not think it would turn out very good.

I would have had it taken out and sprayed. So it would be able to come out the same way it went in, i was just looking for something with that same texture, but I think a guy i work with who has an 07 level2 has factory vinyl floors. I want to take a better look at them and see what they are like.

KEnny.....just go to your local dealership and ask for a 2004 Edge Regular cab vinyl floor.
4dr or 2dr xcab floor wont work in a reg cab.....floor is molded and having a splice is uuuugly.
I know when i was in the market for upgrading to vinyl, my floor was $89, then six months later got bumped to $185. I said screw it and paid about $30 for mine from the junkyard. Now i'm on the hunt for a 4dr automatic floor, so i can cut my own hole for the shifters, since my current vinyl hole is much too large for my new shift bezel.

I am going to call around and see if there is one at pick-n-pull or something with a vinyl floor, if not suck it up and get one from the dealership, i usually get a 20-30 percent discount so it shouldn't be tooooooo bad... Im sure shipping on those ones on that site wont be to cheap to get across the border... damn border

No Problems!! Just stumbled on that site the other day and they look like they are well made and look nice but I cant see the shipping being worthwhile for me at all. But it would be perfect for what you need it for!

For my truck or Shane's truck? Mine is an 04 reg cab auto,,
Will the holes be different for center console/bucket seat setups? Is the hole for the center console in all carpets? I have never noticed under my 60/40. Because I will need it to be there when i put the console and buckets in. I wonder if the mounting posts are there as well?? hmmm

Ignore half my last post. You guys beat me to it!
That's why I am on a mission here to get something. I have bucket seats to go and and want to do the carpet while i have them out along with the consoles and everything.. rather than having to pull it all out again in a few months.

Thanks, that makes me want it more as well! little more padding and sound dampening. I am thinking about running some silicone around all the edges and holes, then letting it almost cure before i put it in. So it wont stick to the floor very much but seal it up so I can basically hose it out when it comes cleaning time. I am going to run wires for my future amp as well, maybe something for a sub, and some other random extras so it wont need to come back out any time soon.

Kenny...just cut your floor or your new floor for the main bracket for the center console.
Now I'm kind of curious...I wonder if reg cabs have the bumps in the floor for the shorty console rear mount? how about that front mount? hmmm...idk. I know supercabs have'em...just idk about reg cabs. Ken, you probably know what i'm talking about from the rolled L2.

I really dont advise hosing the floor...airbag controller box, seat belt pretensioners, other electronic things.... i just wouldn't do it.
You really wont accomplish anything by siloconing anything...if anything, silocone all the rubber boots on the floor....water likes to get up there on mine when i pressure wash my frame and underbody. and unfortunately, with vinyl, the jute underneeth(the padding) doesn't have any way of breathing. I've had my vinyl out for about 4 days now, and the jute is still soaked.
