Are you a 4-door or 2-door? I know for my 2-door I just unscrew the speaker grille.

if it is 4dr just pull up really hard and it will slide up and out. you will have to take off the seat belt part or to get it out of the way

my 05 doesnt have any bolts holding it in

4Dr UN bolt the lower seat belt mount and then pull it off from there up. it will have to slide over the upper seat belt mount for easy access to the speaker. Pulled mine many of times.
