Ford factory Nav.

Was wondering do they make a factory navigation/GPS for the Ford Rangers? If so can someone point me in the right direction.

Nope. You will just have to get a separate NAV unit or headunit with Nav.

pioneer and kenwood make good units

eBay has some good deals on these. I've come close to purchasing one, but then I got a portable Garmin unit.
