Wind through closed passenger window

I have a 2003 level II with a passenger side window that does not seem to seal when closed all the way. When I lower the window it lowers without a problem, but when I raise it the front of the window takes a slight dive and the rear consequently shuts first. I am assuming this is the reason for the wind and sound of it still being opened a crack while driving. I had a similar problem on my 04 xlt. Both have power windows. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and if they were able to fix it. Are there window clips that can be replaced or does something need tightening? Thanks! -tim
