Icon4 Seat Slider Disassemble

Okay I have a 2000 ranger and just got some Mastercraft Original Bucket Seats. And i want to keep my stock sliders. So I was seeing if anyone knew how to disassemble the stock sliders from the stock seats. i tried looking at them a week ago. and they seemed super difficult.
just seeing if anyone has done this yet?
i have the 60/40 seat on the stock sliders

If they don't unbolt from the seats I guess you'd have to cut them and fab up mounting tabs?
