Hi looking for the shifter boot, trim and the rubber that goes under the shifter boot for a 1992 ford ranger with manual transmission and manual transfer case. The ranger i bought is missing the trim and the boots are torn. Hoping someone has this piece or can find it at a junkyard. The picture shows the setup i have, dont know what years are the same as my 1992.  Thanks
