B-day @ Badlands

So lately I haven't been on here much because I was trying to rebuild my Jeep to take to Badlands. My family goes every year for my brother's birthday. Unfortunately my Jeep decided to be a PITA and not get spark, so it sat on the trailer all weekend. Anyways, we had a good time with my brother's Cherokee and a couple of his friends' rides.
Now, on to the pics.

By the end of the second day this Ranger had no clutch, broke the pas. side frond axle shaft, broke the winch hook, and broke the driver side motor mount.

The next three are just of a few guys that tried and failed to crawl up the rock hills in the quarry.

Amazingly, my brother's Cherokee is the only rig that didn't break on the trails.

Just 5 minutes after this, the slave cylinder hose broke.

We had a great time and I really want to go again when my Jeep runs.

Yeah, the chain was all we had with us. I have a brand new tow strap at home, but forgot it in all the Jeep drama.
Have you been in the rock quarry before?

Got some more pics from a friends camera now.

The Bronco 2 never made it up this hill even with the rear welded.

The mud is my favorite, but I bet your truck doesn't fit through some of the trails too well.

Yeah, its the best place around that I've been to so far.

I plan on going back as soon as possible when I get my Jeep running. This winter I'm also going to add 9 inch lift coils and a custom suspension.
