or dropping it on coilovers, and yeah I have to figure something else out to get it in the garage, I chopped 1" off my light bar spacers but still to tall, so I just unbolted it and is set the lights down. Need ideas, could buy 4 square lights but I don't like the way they look and I can't figure out a way to put hinges on it to tilt them back. I don't think my idea of some pins and sliding it down would work with the rollbar, it can't be too hard to make a pivot. |
Someone got wrote on, some of yall are acting like its a huge deal. Getting annihilated by a sharpie happens to the best of us...lifes tough get a helmet
|

time for onboard air. then you can just air down your tires an roll into the garage
now thats the way to do it |
yeah that would work and everything but it would not be fun to air up and down everytime I want to get out of the garage haha.
I know the factory hummer lights can fold back but I can't find any good pics of how it works or a place I could maybe find some of the mounts. Other than the hummer lights I don't know of or couldn't find any type of light bar or light mount that is can fold down |
What you need is some pipe clamps to go around your rollbar. That way you can swing it all the way down to where they'd be facing backwards behind your back window.

next time im just gonna wait for all of yall to pass out, i just hope none of you are light sleepers haha.. the order doesn't really matter when you neglected the fact that my shoes were off :fing26:
|
lol, you wear flip flops, so it kinda doesn't count there, and besides, we all had our shoes off by then, so we didn't track dirt onto the carpet.
And I am a light sleeper! :biggthump |

http://www.pawco.co.uk/website/images/Pipe%20Clamp.JPG Where is that from? But looking at it, I don't think that would work because if I clamped it down on the rollbar there would be no way to tighten the light down enough so it couldn't move. |

You could put a light bar across the top of the pipe clamps, tighten the lights to that, and then just loosen the pipe clamps when you want to hinge it. |

thanks |
Casey how does she ride??? Im waiting on my brackets... The truck looks killer man! really like it
...And what spring rate do you have?? |
did the coils settle anymore?
|
they ride really good, I got 800#'s since I have probably 200 lbs up front in my bumper and skid plate, so I wouldn't get these on a stock bumper setup. But it is perfect for mine.
Matt they didn't settle anymore, I'm sitting at 43.5" up front and 43" in back (ground to top of wheel well) |
get a chance to flex it out yet? i want to know what the uptravel is like..
|
not yet
