Centralia Meet III - AKA - WTF Happened to Jer?!
Originally: not an accident
Now: I want it off but I'm still sick and my hand still hurts so it's gonna have to wait....
HAHAHAHA...dude....it's all good. We welcome anyone...so long it's a Ranger. This is the first Centralia meet that had 2wd's there! Check out our August Blue Lake pic thread....tons of different trucks of different altitudes and level of build...

I thought they were a Dean tire (Les Schwabs brand of choice)? Or did you get new ones?
No worries man. I'm mostly stock as well, you'll get modded over time.
They're Dean (avon) Mud Terrains. Yup. A nice medium between mud terrains and all terrains...not too subtle, yet not too aggressive. Perfect for a daily and the occasional bad weather or trail ride. wink wink nudge nudge. hehe.
Hopefully by the next meet it will be spindle lifted with 31's and a locker 8.8.
Hahahhaha Yeah I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for that. I haven't set up my signature or got any pictures yet, but im rocking an 02 duratec xcab. Actually been eyeballing a small body lifts :)
Maybe it's from my lack of sound deadening in my truck (ie: carpet), but they are loud too, lol. Not nearly as loud as some, but loud enough.
I don't think they're bad at all... My dad thinks they're loud but he's the only one who's ever said anything....
I confirm. lol. I miss that truck too! I was even considering ditching mine for it. Sooooooo clean!! and the price wasn't bad either considering what was done to it.
Shane you can probably run with no muffler and it wont be too bad. I did that for awhile, stock cats and no muffler sounded really good at idle and cruising around. But I wanted a better tone. Its very quiet inside the cab, something to do with Gibson using thicker steal and triple wall muffler designs or something like that. All the sound comes out the tail pipe.
I have two brand new mangnaflow cats that you can get put on to replace the stock ones. They were supposedly bolt on but they didn't line up at all.

We heard you from a 1/4 mile away. lol!
Stranger...I plan on leaving it as-is for now. It took me 6 mufflers to find the one I liked and settled on a Super44 Flowmaster....then I had the pipes redone. Still sounds good to me, but I think alot of the quietness is the fact I don't have pushrods. My buddy's 01 4.0 like mine is soooo quiet compared to mine. lol. When my last cat finally clogs itself to death, I'll either gut both the last cats or run a straight pipe there.
