its a 12-13 for me too. its well worth it.

It's not the time, it's the mileage. I don't really feel like putting that much on it in one trip. But on the other hand, I only have 47k so who gives a ****.

i would worry more about the gas $$$ than the milage! hahaha you could always disconect the oddometer for the trip then conect it back again when home..... my mother in law does it with here mazda.. she only conects the oddometer when she goes threw inspections.. lol

 

Actually, I'm more worried about the mileage on my tires which still isn't a big deal.

LOL. i drove 1100 miles home with my messed up tire non stop driving too. well, besides stopping for gas or buying monsters to keep me awake lol

 

Before I even think about doing this trip I need to get my license like I said earlier haha. I drive illegaly around town but I don't think I could do that for 1000 miles.

 

X2 lol. hell if i was able to drive the 40 minutes to get there, you all have no excuses! lol

I think me and rob are planning the august one for the 19-22, so that weekend. I'll be there by thursday and stay till sunday.

**** man if I was 40min away, I'm not quite sure I'd get anything done besides what me and my truck would be doing on the sand.

 

i used to spend almost every weekend up there when i was younger but now i just go a few time a summer. its nice to be able to just go up for the day and come home.

 

exactly, there is the option of damn i'm bored lets just hit up the dunes for a couple hours and come home.
