Went for a little offroading/camping trip with some guys from VFO. Even let the GF drive my truck for the first time...so here are the pics and a couple vids.

Yea he bought the STX grille from his guy at Ford and put it in his chrome surround.

Yea 2wd, he probably could have backed down and made it, or just gunned it from there.

Just a flat? Next trip you are going then! There are these nice trails out in the northwest of the area that would be sweet in the buggy, can haul *** and have some nice smooth jumps on them.
This is about an hour away as well.

He had both yellow, but one burnt out, so he just put an OEM bulb back in for the time being.

 

that is an awesome spot. I go thru Gorman on my way to LA and had no idea that stuff was out there. It's about 2.5 hours from my town. I know I can't make that mean looking hill right now though. If that 150 couldn't even make it, I'm REALLY screwed!
