We could do a little swap sometime so you can see how they look but you should just bite the bullet and get the wheels and tires when the time is right because they would look sick on your truck. Or MTZ's, I wanted those bad but they were impossible to find early in the summer so I went with the KM2's instead, saved a couple hundred bucks too!

Yup, straight body lift - not planning on double lifting anytime soon. I WAS planning on getting a hold of some of those Coilover swap bracket's - but those are no-bueno now. :-(

And for the information with the camera settings on that camera...

Go Canon! Honestly man, the controsl are much easier - ISO/Aperature size is controlled by switchign to Custom (I 100% leave it in custom all the time) then hitting up/down for shutter speed, and left/right for aperature opening - the only two settigns you need if you have your ISO set to the light range already

I have used both Canon and Nikon (I actually used canon first) I used a Canon Rebel XTi for school to shoot sports and events for our yearbook, as well as my brother playing baseball, my friends skating, etc. When i took the photography class the year before, I was one of the best photographers in the class due to my experience at shooting pictures of my friends skating. When I took that class, I had a little Canon point and shoot, and I was out shooting people with Canon SLR's. When I got to yearbook, and had the Rebel XTi available to me, I fell in love with it, and wanted to get the Rebel XSi with my graduation money. A couple months before graduation, I used my friends Nikon D40 (equiv to the Rebel XTi) and fell in love with it. I loved the fact that the pictures came out more clear (even when the canon's were brand new out of the box, the pictures came out looking like the lens had been dropped... we used the $1600 white 70-200mm lenses, that NO ONE but a certain couple people were allowed to touch, and we know they were never dropped) and had much more vivid colors. So I started to research the Nikons. I knew I couldn't afford the D3, so I was looking at the smaller ones. I fell in love with the D300, but couldn't quite afford it, so I got the D90. (They are the exact same camera, except the continuous drive speed is a couple FPS slower on the D90, and the D300 has a metal body instead of plastic). My camera also came with an 18-105mm VR lens, vs the 18-55 that you get with Canon regardless.

By the "Custom" setting, I'm assuming you are talking about "Manual" where you control the Shutter Speed, Aperture, and ISO completely manually. While that does have its place, I rarely use Manual. I used to use it all the time, and my pictures (some which would have been awesome) turned out like garbage, cause it wasn't set for the light at the angle that the awesome angle/ moment was. It was set for when he was running 25 yards previous, so as the lighting changes, the settings need to change. When I started using Aperture Priority, My pictures almost always came out perfectly, and I still use Aperture Priority mostly to this day. (I used manual the other day at a concert, and the pictures came out awesome... Again, I do see a place for shooting in Manual)

What I do with Aperture Priority, is set the aperture to wide open (95% of the time, unless my picture I'm taking calls for something different), then set the ISO to what it needs to be to have my shutter speed the speed that I want it for whatever I'm shooting, with the given light. When I decide to shoot manual for a few pictures, I take the information from the Aperture Priority setting, and transfer it to the manual, then adjust as needed... But that doesn't usually work for sports.

Not trying to be a douche, just trying to give some background on my experience as to why I told him to do what I told him. Happy photoshooting

EDIT: Now that I am reading this a couple hours later, I hope it makes sense... haha
