I tore mine in a motorcycle wreck 2 years ago. Never been right since. I woke up at 3 am screaming in pain with a 101 degree fever and my sholder out of socket. So that's how I spent my day off. Feeling better now after a shot in the *** of steroids and antibiotics. Oh.... And pain killers LOL
