Dumb question. Do you guys have a required gear list for offroad meets? (Aside from the obvious ORV sticker, park pass, and flag required by the park).

I think the explorer forums had a break down of everything they required for offroad meets. It was a fairly simple checklist but sometimes people forget simple things.

Open diff probably wouldnt make it out of the parking lot, lol. If he's got L/S he could still have plenty of fun with a 2wd though. But like whoever said it before me, pack a good shovel :)

I'm pretty sure im in! I'll put in my time off request at work tomorrow and when that's approved its a done deal.

The site for the camp ground says you need to be 21 to check in. Who wants to be my responsible adult? I'm 20. I just need someone to pretend they are with me and I'll handle money and so forth. In return ill buy ya lunch or something.

all you really need is front and rear tow points.

then if there are anything special you think you might need. strap, maybe a few tools etc...

they dont check if ur 21 when u check in, ive never had a problem getting a site even when i was 19.

make sure u get some good tow point in the front and rear. otherwise save the gas and stay home.
and once u get stuck just stop and get pulled out. the more u try and do it urself the more ur gonna get screwed and sink

I wanna leave at noon. I'll probably be leaving at 3 or 4 am and hope to miss morning traffic in chicago.
