We installed the 98-00 summit kit on my friends 03 and the rear bumper brackets fit perfectly. They were exactly the same as the bumper brackets that came with my 01-up PA kit.

Damn i might as well just buy a different ranger and make it a dually. I just went over to my garage and my dually is f***ed its floor pan is rusted to **** plus the rear fender wells arent there anymore and there is rust inside the doors. So ya im F***ED
