NW New Years Meet?
 

I know that all the BC guys are trying to do a meet up there but I know its going to be busy up there due to the Olympic Games. So I had an alturnitive idea...Capital Forrest Capitol Forest Washington Capital Forest Washington Mountain Biking Equestrian Horse Back Riding Trail Running ATV Motorcycle Department of Natural Resources & Thurston Grays Harbor ORV Park Grays Harbor County - Straddleline ORV Park. I've been to Capital Forrest...it was fun theres trails/dirt roads that two wheel trucks can go on too. Wheeling hunting camping ect. its about 15 from down town Olympia. 10 min off I-5. anyways I can get more infor if people are down. Meet Saturday January 2nd 2010. At the Capital Mall off the 101. Its only 10-15 away from the Forrest. Lets say 11am so we can get up there by 11:30 and find some sweet cliff or water fall mt top meet pictures. Then poeple can head home by dark. If you look at Capitol Forest Washington that tells you elavation and areas and trails camp sites and picnic ect.

Its a very different type of forrest then i am used to. Ita like mini mountians...they go up to lil over 2500 ft. The roads are logging type of roads. There are off road trails that shorten the reg log road. It was real fun alot of people go atv and hunting up there. I want to get a real back woods Pacific North West meet going on!!! Mud Snow Rain Sun Wind and what ever the deap NW has to offer!!! I can let a few people stay the night.

I might be down, Beau. but idk.

I was up at Capital Forrest the other day and it was 2 degrees up near the top and 7 at the bottom and 12 at my house...Everything was froze...it was like driving on concreate. Hope it warms up soon!
