Going out with a team of rigs would be sweet haven't done it in a long while... how far is it for you?

 

I am coming out from Pullman and its about 5 hours away, but I am also staying for 3 weeks for the holidays.

 

ah see if i was going to stay it might be different. cuz i'd be turning around to head back to work monday!

 

^^ thats a good point... enumclaw is half an our from my house... ha ha. But i dont know how far we are going into the mountains. Im assuming the greenwater area. MIchael?

 

hey. i live north of seattle. and might meet you guys up there instead of driving out in snoqualmie instead of driving down to enumclaw first.. idk yet. what day are we doing this?? a couple or friends are interested but need to know what day? thanks guys

 

ya some where around Greenwater, probably FS 70 or 72 depending on where we can cut trees.

looking like Sunday will be the day, I should have my work schedule in the next day or two.

Edit; just got my work schedule Sunday the 20th it is!

here is where we are headed, how far we will get who knows. Also if anyone wants a tree permit let me know, Steve is going to pick them up at the ranger station.

I miss going out and getting my tree out in the snow in Oregon!
We found a couple tiny tree farms around here, all ghetto and the trees were $45 and up. No public land out here to get trees.
I miss the $5 permits and playing in the snow on public land picking out a tree!

 

thats my main motivation 45 for a tree is crazy, not to mention the snow is fun! Sad news is the permits are $10 now.

Oh and to those coming if you have a CB bring it! phones wont work where we are going.

ok. so im coming for sure now! plus 2 buddies.. ones driving a 99 f250 superduty on 35s. and the guy is coming from oregon and driving a 97 powerstroke diesel on 35s... gona be sick!!!

 

sounds good, looks like my dad and I will be the only ones with little trucks, everybody else is full size or at least has full size running gear.

 

mine is still a little truck!! a stock superduty still has a higher roofline than my ranger

 

ya but you have full size axles! so I get to get stuck in all those big a$$ ruts lol
