X2... tahuya is a fun place to go without beating the hell out of your rig unless you want to. My brother is on a local forum ( www.the4x4network.com ) that has a lot of info and pictures/videos about local wheeling areas. they do a lot of wheeling at tahuya because its a short drive for most of them. If I can make it I'll probably have a open seat if anyone wants ride along. I just got done swaping out the suspension on the jeep and put new exhaust on it. Hopefully by the end of october I'll have new shocks, heavier steering and possibly new sliders! anyways you guys should check out the site I think my brother has put up a few pics of out tahuya trips and our trip to naches last month.

Shane the Stave Lake meet appears to be tentatively set for your birthday weekend. Probably a good idea to make the Tahuya meet a different weekend....

I got the date mixed up from the other PNW thread. lol.

I maybe down now that I've got my engine running properly. But before then I must put my new CV shafts on. Need at least a driverside at bare minimum.

haha.....too bad I got those 100% all the time spinning CV's. Today I DEFINATELY now know I put them in a bind at full lock. At least the driverside. lol. Good thing I got Cory's old ones.

come on guys....I go as far as I can go without putting the hand on the ball and shifting that lever. Even before I was locked....it's in my blood. You should see me on the street in snow. haha.

Brendon and I are the same way. luckily I only have 33's so it hasn't caused any damage yet.

either the weekend of the 31st or the weekend of the 7th and 8th. If it gets too close to december it maybe closeded. im not sure if they have a set date to close the trail, or if they wait for the weather.

I can't do Halloween, too many fireworks and bottles of beer calling my name. But I am up for anything past that.

Where/What is Evans Creek?

Ive only been there once, and it was a while ago. Id google map it for ya but im about to go to bed. Im thinking its going to be tahuya though.

I have a feeling a lot of people might have plans for halloween, so unless anyone disagrees, i think we should make it for the weekend of the 7th and 8th. unless shane cant make it, i want him to get stuck so i can pull the mighty locker out of the mud..

Have we set a date yet?

If we have can we put the info in the first post in the thread? And the location of the meet, and any other info about it that would be helpful. Maybe a list of who is coming?

Just a thought...
