No wood crosses the Bridge. no matter where it comes from or goes, thats the only rule you need to be aware of.

The lower part of MI is pretty safe now a days. The state "recommends" you don't move any. Its really only the Ash you have to worry about. I think we all usually bring a small amount, at night we all hang around one campsite so we just fuel that fire mostly.

Andy, The next post I better see from you better contain "Booked my site"

Same here, I can't bring anything over. There are guys who sell it on the roadside and yogi sells it too.

I have brought wood in the past as well but I wouldnt recommend it. Its not just the ash any more its maples and several other species. Im not really a tree hugger but the way it sounds we wouldnt have any trees left!

I'm pretty sure it's going to be a phone it in year. Unless I just bring my 250 and cruise around in that. Ranger is on cab off full rebuild mode.

I vote bring the Superduty and come hang out for a few days! I will have an extra quad there this year and room in other vehicles. You don't need the Ranger to sit around a camp fire and have a good time.

Yeah I'm not even going to whomp around all 3 days. I'm just going for the beer drinking, new friends, and get some sun (hopefully).

Can't risk killing my brand new to me Tacoma just to get some kicks.

We're going May 14th thru the 18th (Thats Wed to Sun). About 5 weeks.
Can't be too bad if you just throw your **** in the 250 and head out! I highly doubt there will be an issue with getting a site, if not we'll make room.

ok I'll see what Kayla can do for getting work off. Since we wouldn't have much but a tent and one truck, would anyone be willing to let us bum on a site for what ever they charge a night? Just in case there is nothing left that's close, and that'd be nice and easy. Let me know otherwise I'll see what I can get this week.

That early in the season, I would be willing to bet that there wont be anyone within a potatoes throw of our group.

You could probably still squat on our site. I don't think Ranger Rick will say anything.

I think we can make a "potatoes throw" a new unit of measure. Its a bit longer than a stones throw, but not as long as the distance he gets before getting stuck again.

I was gonna say... can we put money bets down on the number of pubes found on said heated pad?

I've bleached it twice now, so the only pubes that are on it will be mine.

Here are the tools that I plan on bringing:

Welder
Sawzall
Angle Grinder
Basic Hand Tools
Brake Bleeder
Flame Thrower
2-10ft sticks of 1.5" .13 wall tubing
Jack and Jack stands
Assorted Drills
Butane Soldering Iron/Solder/electrical crap
A vice (i think)

If the ATV and the Buggy fit on the trailer together, I will be bringing:

Chop Saw
Tube notcher with a 1.5" hole saw, possibly a 7/8 saw.
6 - African Midgets and a bucket.
13 Gallon Air Compressor

If its on the list I will probably let you borrow it.

I know something is going to break. I dont know what it will be, but something will break. If the toys fit on my trailer, I will have the entire bed of the truck to put stuff in, so why not fill it up?

A C NOTE? Is that a Canadian note? Aren't those only worth like $3.17 American?
