Came here to search, read and learn about Rangers.

I have an '89 XLT with just over 140K miles on it that I inherited 14 years ago. Having some electrical issues, was googling and found the site. I had a Chiltons (I think) at one time but can't find it now (recently moved) and was also looking for an online manual.

Electrical prob is turn signal fuse keeps popping even after replacing the relay (and fuse, again). The local Ford guys said they don't have schematics for it and won't work on it. lol Oh well...I'll try it out...if I can find some schematics. lol

Anyways, hope to learn a few things about this truck. It has been a good one and I hope to keep it for many more years.

Well, It was a Haynes (not Chiltons), I found it (WOOT!). There are schematics so HOPEFULLY I'll figure this out without paying someone.

Now for that dang a/c...

Haynes have crappy wiring diagrams, get a chiltons if you can. Theyre the size of a phonebook and have info on your truck you didnt know existed.
