Hey, welcome to the forum and congrats on your truck

Best mod I've done for my truck was ditch the stock wrangler rt/s tires and replace them with some bfg's

Welcome to the forum. I too have the same truck...a 2010 FX4 with auto. So far, I have only added a tonneau cover, a spray on liner and a set of new winter tires (studded General Altimax Arctic) on black steelies.

Not sure if BFG All Terrain T/A KO would be the best for a wet coast climate...mixed reviews in the wet. I have them on my 4x2 Mazda...not very good in winter especially on ice.

Interesting, I've had zero issues with wet weather traction using AT's and we get allot of rain, same goes for the little bit of snow we get on the island. The C/D load range even comes with the little snowflake symbol, rating them as a snow tire. Not sure about the E load range but I don't think they're rated for snow.

Ice is ice; unless you're studded or chained you're pretty well hooped

I could see the MT getting a bad wrap for wet weather/snow....but even they're probably less deadly than the stupid wrangler RT/S that my truck come from the factory with
