Hello from the Lone Star State!
Hello I am so glad to found this forum. i have a 2002 Black Ford Ranger XLT Super-cab 4-dr 4.0L 2WD as my first truck/vehicle and I have been trying to find some good mods that I could do to my truck to have it for both the street and for all that off-road fun especially since I live in the countryside :P hoping to find plenty of info so that I can make it happen .
I'll be able to work on some of the mods during the day when I'm in school since im in auto-tech. I've only done a couple of mods to my truck and that is a Herculiner bed liner, single-in dual-out exhaust,V-Max Muffler, Spectre intake filter and fog lights on the bumper and im planning on getting a 3" body lift this winter so i can fit some more rubber under the fenders I'm also going to smoke my taillights and I'm thing about getting black projector headlights. I will try to get a picture of my truck up on the site soon whenever i get a break from work. Any other ideas or suggestions that i could do to my truck would be greatly appreciated I know that some will be expensive the ranger is the main reason i got a job so as long as its not over a $1000 then I will eventually do the mod and thanks in advance to any ideas and/or suggestions |

Well here are the pictures of my truck. Sorry for the bad quality I was using my cellphone.
Here is the front and sides https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...1&d=1312761251 https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...1&d=1312761251 https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...1&d=1312761251 Here are the exhaust tips and tailgate. The green stripe at the top is tape because i haven't had time to Herculiner my tailgate yet and the exhaust unfortunately still has all 4 cats on it still but its gonna be taken care of before Christmas so that way it doesn't sound as much as a deeper toned ricer and actually sounds like a truck. https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...1&d=1312761590 And here is the bed of the truck with the Herculiner https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...1&d=1312761590 And yes there is points on the bed for a tonneau cover to go on but i had to take it off because i use the bed a lot at my job. and here is a pic of an interior of a ranger like mine mainly because mine is a complete mess because of work and family but it looks just like the one below except with a switch temporarily mounted below the headlight switch. I am going to mount it next to the dimmer when I go back to school in a week or two.... and when the shop teacher lets us back into the shop lol http://images.dealerrevs.com/gallery...hp?id=45289563 So any suggestions at what i could do? |
