Hey y'all
I'm Ceezer and I don't actually have a Ranger at the moment. We used to have a 98 Sport 3.0 (my wife bought it new when we were dating) and I loved that truck to death but we traded it a few years ago when we decided we needed a more appropriate 2nd family car. Now I'm wanting another one so I came here to try and get an idea of what to look for based on my wants and re-immerse myself into the Ranger world.

Bump! I got an email notification from Ranger-Forums yesterday and it was like a karmic invitation to stop by as I'm actually driving up to Ohio on Saturday to pick up a Ranger ('04 XLT 4WD).
I never did get one when I registered here more than 2 years ago. I continued to drive my existing car, then when it went in early 2009 I went and bought an '09 Ford Escape Limited V6 FWD. It's been a great vehicle and I love how much cabin space there is and how much room my daughter has in the back seat, and I love getting 26-28MPG in an SUV in mixed driving (all gas, no hybrid), but I still missed having a truck and don't like having the big loan hanging overhead.
So I'm stoked to go pick it up this weekend and can't wait to get back behind the wheel of a Ranger!
