My Ranger, in my humble opinion, is the Ranger Ford should have offered.
It's a Vista Blue, 2009 regular cab 2WD. Originally built with a 4 cylinder.
Has a 4 liter SOHC and matching 5R55E swapped in from a wrecked XLT Super cab. Larger radiator is from the donor truck as well. Upgraded transmission cooler is from a wrecked FX4.
Headers with 3" exhaust all the way out the back. Muffler is straight through design from an F-150. Cats and EGR removed, It's has a nice growl but not excessively loud and no drone.
Diablosport Predator tuner to handle the necessary programming changes.
Rear end is an 8.8", 31 spline unit from a wrecked FX4. Has 4.10 gears and a Torsen with rear disc brakes from a 2007 Mustang.
Lowered 3 inches front and rear.
Seats are upgraded from the wrecked XLT. Blue inserts
Power windows and power locks.
No AC or cruise.
