It's been a while!

Well I knew I hadn't been on in a while but didn't realize it hadn't been since 2013! I'm sure there are plenty of people come and gone but I'm gonna try to be more active. Since I was last on, I unfortunately laid my Ranger on its side last year in a snow storm. Luckily it's all cosmetic damage on the passenger side and hope to have it fixed soon. I also went with the full size mod and got me a 2005 F150 King Ranch. Hope to catch up with everyone soon.

I'll briefly tell a little bit about the trucks.

The F150 is a 2005 King Ranch 4x4 with 135,000 miles. I've had it almost 2 years and like you see it is how I bought it. The only mods I've added was a cold air intake and an Edge Evolution with custom tunes by Power Hungry Performance. I only plan to level it and add a set of 35x12.50s.

My Ranger is a 2007 Sport 4x4 with 101,000 miles. I had it custom ordered in 2006 and received it with 5 miles on the clock. It's a 4.0L with a 5 speed tranny. It has a CAI and a Diablosport Predator tuner. It's sitting on a set of 33x10.50 BFG KM2's with a torsion bar crank. I plan on restoring it back to pre wreck condition once the F150 is paid off. Surprisingly my mirror saved the door and there was no damage to it.

Last year we were up for a new Engine and I got to go down to Florida to the Pierce factory to inspect our new Pumper Tanker. The last pic is when the Weinermobile came to town lol

Welcome back! The ranger doesn't look like its too bad!

DSFD506 01-29-2015 02:11 PM

It's not too bad. There was a toolbox in the bed that got thrown out so I want to replace both bedsides. The tailgate, front and rear bumpers, front fender, hood, grille surround, mirror, tail lights, bugflector, and an interior piece needs replacing. I'm thinking I can do all new parts plus paint will run me about 5K or less.

Might be easier to find just the whole bed. Not sure fleet-side bedsides can be replaced like steppies can.. I could be wrong. Find a donor vehicle.. then paint it.

The body shop's can replace the bedsides but i'd be better off finding a whole bed. It's not gonna be fixed anytime soon so I got plenty of time to look around.
