Hey everyone, my name is Tom and I just joined the board.
Unlike most folks who sign up as soon as they buy a truck, I have owned mine since October of 2006 (original owner) and I'm just now getting around to joining a web forum for it.
The longer I have this truck, the more I like it. The ruggedness, reliability, maneuverability and fuel economy of my little Duratec Ranger can't be beat. All the other trucks are getting so big now; personally I like a true "compact" truck like the Ranger.
I've been through a lot with this truck, including a major deer hit (when the truck was only a month old) that caused $4,000 worth of damage. The truck still made it home that day and after a couple months in the body shop it was like new again.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing information about these trucks.
I'm bad about not taking many pictures of my vehicles. I hope to fix that soon. But I do have a picture from the day I brought my little red gal home from the dealership:
