well i finaaly did it,i have been pondering a purchase of a ranger for a few years now,i came across one at a friends dealership,04 ext cab 5spd 2wd,gonna take a bit of work to bring it to what i call road worthy,just minor stuff i hope.i had a 4.3 sonoma a few years ago,really liked having a small pick up(but didnt like the fuel consumption of the gmc) i hope the 3.0 5 spd is better than what i had,it certainly wont be as good as the 2.2 cavalier i have .but wont have to put a trailer on every time i go to the hardwarestore.
i have been a member in a few forums before-i find them very enlightening and chuck full of info,iam very very electrically inclined,and have been installing remote starts and stereos for almost 25 years,i will be glad to answer any questions on these topics,i cal also supply electrical diagrams for the rangers.

thanks guys,i hope that i can gather some tips on what to look for in my purchase,i have yet to put it up and clean the bottom side,thats today i think
