Hey Everyone,
New to the Ranger Forums but have been lurking as a non-member for a couple years as I have been gathering ideas and information to do my SAS.
I am from Utah and most of my background is in drag racing. I have been working at an offroad shop as a salesman for about 6 years now and figured it was about time to get involved in the offroad scene.

Hopefully these pictures post.

The truck is an 04 FX4.
I used a cherokee HP D30 and stuffed it with 4.88's and and chromolly shafts with 760X Joints. As for suspension I used a BDS Long arm kit for a Cherokee. I built some brackets to mount the cherokee crossmember that came with the BDS kit. I used cherokee 8.5" BDS springs and a BDS Cherokee track bar. For the steering I used a First Gen explorer box and build my steering out of GM 1-Ton TRE's and 1.5" .250 DOM tubing.
For the rear I used a Explorer Disc rear axle and geared it 4.88 and added some extra shims to the factory limited slip to tighten up the clutch a little.
For the rear springs I used rough country's 3" Explorer pack which gave me 5" and I used a 2" belltech shackle as well as a factory height block.
I also ran FOX 2.0's all the way around as well as a FOX steering stabilizer made for a Jeep JK.
Look forward to being on the board and getting more ideas for the Ranger.

One more pic of the truck flexing before I put limit straps on it. The rear flexes much better now.

welcome to the forum, you're truck is badass. Look's like it could really tackle some tough trails with that flex. is that thing locked?

I have a Detroit tru-trac in the front, and a tightened up LS in the rear. this winter I'll be doing an e-locker and c-clip eliminators.

went wheeling this week, got some pretty gnarly body damage on the driver side of the truck. this week I'm doing my front bumper and next week will be sliders.
