hey guys i just bought a 1987 ranger xlt. it has a few small problems but other than that its a good truck. its a red 2.9 v6 with a 5 speed tranny. problems i have are i believe it idles high?? about 1500 rpms (not sure if thats right or not as im new to trucks) when im at a steady speed in any gear under 2k rpms it shutters and feels like a loss of power. i dont know how to fix those problems so if anyone knows please let me know thanks : ) problems i know how to fix is interior, radio which is in process of putting in and a few spots in the paint.
