Hey fellas, my name is Dave and although I love my truck, it needs alot of repairs. I bought it pretty cheap knowing it need some tlc but having a big electrical issue with the starter, starter relay, and power to the distribution fuse box from battery. Plus i'm not sure how to use this new forum program.

Welcome! What posts are you referring to that needs to be answered? If you post a thread in the section that applies you will see answers.

If you post in the electrical section you will get answers. And I don't really see a question in the first post. You just said you had an issue.

ahhhh ok. that explains everything. well i think your problem may be that you havent done the well known ranger trick just yet. The starter problem you're having is very common. Go in your truck, cycle the key on and off 4 times. After the fourth time, listen for the beep from your ECU. That resets all the electrical in your truck back to stock configuration. That should work.

IF IT DOESNT WORK, then, what you should try to do, is specifically post up what issues youre having. Try to eliminate other problems that may cause the issue. Narrow it down to a few selected things, and be very detailed in your description of the problem. This means list engine size, things such as do you have other electrical accessories running off your truck? etc. Im sure somebody here will help you
