Newbie from Alabama
I just purchased a 2004 Ranger XL Supercab 3.0 Automatic. The truck is pretty plain but seems to get the job done. I have the build sheet but don't really know what it all means. The transmission seems a little rough - do they tend to give trouble? Any suggestions appreciated.

welcome i have and auto tranny in mine but a 4.0 engine and i get a slipping every now and again but not all the time and when i get down on mine hard on the interstate it kicks into passing gear good but jerks but in high gear so i guess it all depends on how it has been driven and maintained mine is weel maintained but driven hard
