My new 1999 Ranger XLT
Greetings everyone! I was formerly a Volkswagen guy, but I always wanted a truck. So about six months ago, I finally saved up enough cash to get myself a 99' Ranger XLT 4.0 V6. It's my first truck ever, but i can already tell i am not gonna be going back to a car anytime soon, Haha. I have only had it for a little while, but it has been nothing but fun since then. Still cant help but have a big stupid grin on my face every time i take it out for a cruise. It had quite a few nice little mods from the previous owner, like a K&N Intake, 3" body lift, trail master shocks, alpine speakers, and a custom sub box instead of the back seats. Normally i wouldve liked to have kept the back seats, but at 6' 5" I really dont have any interest in having anyone even try cramming themselves back there. So i figured it was win win.Either way, here she is.
*Update* I had a few minutes of good sunshine on my lunch break today and figured i would snap a few.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Thanks for all the responses! I can really tell i am going to like this forum. As for what kinds of vws i was into, I always like the Mk2 scene and did some shows for a few years. The cost of repairs finally got to be too much and i had to move on.I have always taken great pride in my cars, and found great satisfaction in making them really shine. Here is a pic of my old baby
She is pretty much bone stock because I thought it was way too pretty to mess with. haha.
