New to the site.
Hi guys and gals! I just became a member and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Andy, and I own a 2001 Ranger Edge 4x2.
The truck is basically a stock 4.0 liter Edge model with a set of eagle alloy wheels.
I have owned the truck for almost 12 years, and its been the best vehicle I have ever owned..... period!
I am hoping to learn lots here, and contribute wherever I can.
I am also a member of another auto related forum (I won't mention which brand... lol) and I think I already have the picture posting thing figured out, so I will try and post a pic of my Ranger for you all to see.

Welcome.
Fords Vacuum hoses around that time(2001) had a working life of 10years, depends on your location, they would dry out and start to crack.
You are up North so they should last a bit longer, but just a heads up if you get any codes or engine starts to idle higher, remove PCV vacuum hose(s) and check the elbows, they crack there first.
