Icon14 New to the forum, new ranger!

Hey all,

Before buying this truck I've only ever driven 4 banger cars so this is pretty new to me, but 3 days after buying it I'm in love. Traded my old 2000 cavalier with 206K miles on it for this. Here's a couple pics:

Bran spanking new 2010 Ranger Sport 4x4. Didn't get the level two towing package. As I understand it, that only equates to stiffer shocks in the back, correct?

As for my plans for it.. Nothing too crazy. Undercoating and a rhino liner are first on the list, but as far as mods I plan to put in a pretty nasty sound system. Anyone know if you lose certain features if you take the stock radio out? In my cavalier you lost door chimes, but that was it.

And my other toy: 1996 Mazda Miata. Turbo parts are piling up and I should be boosting it very soon:

Ah, yes typo, my bad.

It does have the Sirius radio in it, anyone know if I'll need to do anything special other than buying a wiring harness to keep that functionality?

Also, I see an article in the how-to forum that shows how to change the lights on the explorer ohv console, I'm kinda thinking of putting one of those in but don't see a how-to to actually install it. Anyone got a link to that thread?

The only thing you can use with an aftermarket head unit from the factory Sirius is the roof mounted antenna. You will have to buy the Sirius tuner that matches the brand of head unit you buy.

It's going to be fun as hell. It already handles like it's on rails, and it's got quite a bit of pep to it. Probably going to push 5-7 psi. Goal is 200 RWHP.
