08 ranger owner from St Louis

Im not much of a computer person. I stumbled onto this web site resurching my new truck. Ranger-Forums has a lot of good info and knowledgeable contributors. Im an old fart in St Louis, wife, kid in college and now a new R anger truck.

Let me be clear. My new truck exists as a VIN only. I special ordered an XL, white 4X2 w/ 4L sock, man. trans. and locking rear axle. It is schedualed to be built in about 2 weeks.

I was hoping to find a way to watch my truck being built. Any help in that would be great.

Welcome, cant really help you get to watch your truck being built although that would be pretty sweet.

ITS HERE!

I drove by the dealership and there it is on the back lot. It looks like a delivery truck.
08 4L White XL 4X2 man. trans w/ limited slip axle.

I took a pic with my phone but cant do any thing with it.

I remember when I first got my '01 Ranger- man what a feelin'! Was my first new automobile!

So hows the acceleration? I'm imagining rather well because it's a standard cab (guessing) with the 4.0 SOHC and the manual transmission. A pretty light truck. Even if it's an extended cab I'm sure it's pretty quick.

EDIT: Oh and welcome to Ranger-Forums. We're all pretty nice here. We have our moments.
