Got the bug again
Hey everybody.
I been a avid mini trucker since 2001. The past few years I haven't had time to do much on my trucks, but I have had a recent job change which give me a lot more free time. My alternator went out out on my '99 XLT 2WD w/ 4.0L and I had to replace it. I never thought such a simple task would make me want to jump back in.
Truck as it sits now:
DJM 4/5 drop
Chevy full size drop shackles (VA vehicle law sucks had to do this to keep the police off of me.)
Air Shocks in rear
Flat black paint w/ white scallops
Cheap Cone filter
Flowmaster muffler
Where I want this to be:
Explorer Rear end w/ lsd and maybe disc brakes
Better intake and full exhaust headers back
under drive pulleys
Tune
Few Cosmetic upgrades (grill, rollpan, maybe a bumper cover)
I don't want to go to crazy just a little better throttle response and better MPG. Any input is welcomed. This is going to be my DD for a few more years so anything I do will need to be done in a weekend. I will post pics a soon as I get a chance.

Definitely. Think I finally got my camber issues fixed. I was replacing tires up front about every 3 months. This is the main reason i haven't put rims on it. I was focusing on the front end to fix the issue but it ended up being a rear-end issue pushing the front out of alignment.
