Hello there,
As you may have guessed I am new to this forum, though i have read a few threads before. My name is Jonathan, age 21, and I live in Nova Scotia Canada. My hobbies include Horseback riding, playing guitar, and messing round with my truck whether that be driving it or working on it. Currently I am starting a new job with a furniture repair company and hopefully that will go well as I have not had a whole lot of success with finding a job these days.
Growing up i was more of a dodge man and fords as a general rule were shunned and mocked by myself and my friends. Due to my recent purchase of my ranger my opinion of Fords has changed quite a bit. Funny thing is the first thing i ever pulled with my truck was a chev tahoe. anyway enough about me and more about my truck.
I have had my 2000 Ranger xlt 4x4 since the beginning of October and this is my first vehicle. Thus far I have done a little bit of painting on it and have experimented with VHT nightshades.
I'm not sure yet what my goal is for this truck but I'm hoping to have mounted some auxilary driving lights on the front bumper within the next month or so and possibly fabing some brackets to mount one on either botton corner of my windshield. Not sure yet if i will put a light bar on the roof or not. and cant decide if i want to put a cap with a roof basket on or just go with a tool box and roof basket on the roof of the cab.
anyway thats a little about me and my intentions for my truck. any ideas would be welcome.
