Ranger redo

So rather than a new truck I have decided to overhaul my 2006 xl 4x4 standard cab. I have had it since new and it's the best vehicle I have ever owned.

133k 3.0 Engine reseal to start with.
Then new timing set, water pump, clutch kit, p/s lines, air conditioning system, radiator, and rebuilt head assembly. And yes, it has the underdog 3 pulley set up.

Nice :biggthump

The cooling system elbow(s) at the top front like to rust out, so check them

Timing chain didn't wear out on these, doesn't even have a tensioner, lol, but the timing chain cover does have 2 coolant passages that will leak so new gaskets for sure
And new rear main seal, on any engine when its out

My AC gave out this year. I think we'll do the evaporator coil too since the motors outta the way.
Those outlets are a tad corroded but not terribly scary. Power steering pressure hose was rotted pretty good.

What 17 Michigan winters will do.

It ran great but the valve seals and oil pan and main seals are at their expiration.
