well i guess i should say hi
hello all... im a ford guy as well have been all my life... im 21 yrs old and drive a 93' ranger XLT 4x4, 4.0 5 speed extended cab shortbox, has 263,000kms on it, its stock right now and is need of some much needed parts (check out the thread "what do you hate about your ranger today", as i posted a list). my parents, my sister's bf, me, and my grandparents all drive fords.. grandpa has a few late 60's mustangs, sister's bf has a lifted 95' f150 4x4 302 4 speed sitting on a set of 35" bigfoots, i drive my ranger, dad drives a 93' F-350 ext'd cab 1 ton dually diesel, it was the non-turbo version but someone added a turbo on it.. plus he drives a 2000 focus as a DD, mom drives a 2000 taurus SE..
both my dad and i race lawnmowers, i have a nitro powered Savage 25 with an STS .28 in it worth about 2000 bucks, i play golf, ride quads, muddin etc... and i think thats about it..

its saying i cant post attachments right now, but as soon i can i will post some of my grandpa's cars and my ranger... i was just sifting through the "metal fab" section and all the bumper builds are making me wanna rip my stock bumpers off my ranger and put my custom chevy s15 bumpers on the ford..

thats my ranger in my avator picture when i first bought it.. since then i took off the canopy. just looked at the bumpers on my s15 and the front will bolt on fairly easy, the back i have to "relocate" the mounting brackets on the bumper itself as the frame rails are wider on the s15 then the ranger.. i also have a 1988 S15 GMC Sierra 4x4 extended cab shortbox 2.8L 5 speed with a 3" body lift and offset rims. i bought it siezed for $700 and got it running, then did about 200 hours of body work to it, undercoated the frame etc i will post pics of it too when the forum allows to do so.

well so i hopped into photobucket and uploaded some pics of my ranger and my 1988 S-15 GMC Sierra 4x4.

so im hoping the copy and paste works.. guess we'll see. there's a couple of pics of my "redecoration" of the side of my truck this past winter... damn chain link fence posts!!!!
oh and was thinking of putting the bumpers off the red truck onto my ranger... did some measuring today and the front is pretty much a direct bolt on, but the back one i'll have to cut off the brackets and weld them narrower so i can bolt them onto the ranger.
