My watermark on the pictures is done with my Smugmug Pro Account. But ive done marks in photoshop using this technique also:

As for borders make the canvas a little bit bigger than the picture and you have an instant black border (if you reverse your black/white boxes)

I already know I asked you this once, but I've searched and can't find it - how do you put borders / copyright / signature things on pictures?
