I have my 3GS iPhone up for sale now since the new iPhone 4 just got released and I'll be upgrading. It does have some scratches on it which I can get clear pictures of but those are only on the back, the screen has had a proctotor on it since day one and is flawless. Everything works perfectly

I think if you bought it after May 1st you can still upgrade to the 4. Let me try and find where I saw that.

 

What model is it. Because I was talking To my friend and he said only some 3gs can be unlocked

 

Theres only one model of the 3GS lol. It has the 5.13.03 baseband though if that is what your friend is talking about. I just did some searching and they have not released the unlock tool for that baseband yet. There's no real point since 4.0 is coming out in 2 weeks anyway, they will release the 4.0 unlock then.
