Black & Decker 18v Battery (housings only), KY

I need to find a few of these batteries, actually just the black/orange plastic housings.
A few of mine found the need to jump off my work table and take a dive on the concrete floor, thus shattering the plastic where they screw together.

Several models will work: FSB18, HPB18, etc.
18v slide in style, 24v may also work but will require some additional mods to work properly.
Black & Decker / Firestorm same batteries, even the "high capacity" type use the same case, just different printing.

I don't need the battery cells inside, just the cases, spring, orange clip & screws.
If you have some of these batteries with dead cells, don't throw away the cases, let me know!

Dang mine have taken so much abuse without dying. I've had it for 3-4 years and they've been dropped and thrown so many times. If they ever die I'll be sure to let you know

Thanks man,
I barley bumped my drill the other day & SPLAT! CRACK! my FSExtreme battery went into a dozen little pieces. It sucks 'cause my other FSX battery ($49!!!) met the same fate last year. I glued the pieces back where the screws go in, but it's still a little wOnKy.

LOL

Hey, I'm poor...

They do make a fine paperweight or door stop.
