98-00 corners

So i had this idea to add some white to my front end since it is all chrome. My idea is to cover the turn signal section with either vinyl or white paint and do the blinker mod so the corner marker would become the turn signal. Basically it would make it look like a newer ranger's lights.

Heres what im talking about, I also think that it would look better with the valance painted.

comments and suggestions?

the thing is that with just the valance painted it looks wierd to me. I think it needs some white in the middle somewhere.

about about leaving ford sized ovals open and paint the turn signals?

i may just get some vinyl and see how it looks, so i could always take it off if needed. I still have the stock corners so i could use those for it.

Ok I say that you should do it, reason I say that is I am a headlight cover guy, I love them and I don't take them off at night. Yes it is illegal in Michigan but so what. The chances of being pulled over for it are there but if you do the turn signal mod then you will be fine because unless the officer is a Ranger-Forum member they will not recognize the difference, "OH sorry officer but that is how it is supposed to be, those aren't corner lenses, uh it's Ford's concept vehicle". It will look awesome!! Just DO IT!! Blades
