Painting Mirrors and Door Handles

Alrite, so after i waxed my truck, and got all the excess wax off my door handles.
i've come to the realization that my door handles and mirrors are EXTREMELY faded, so i tried some back to black on them and that did just about nothing. has anyone painted their door handles and mirrors before, especially on a Gen 3?
i was thinking Krylon Flat Black, but does anyone have a better idea?
maybe even the color of my bumpers, flares and Rollbar?

I would swap to 06+ mirrors, but i can't find a pair that isn't really expensive, and i'm selling the truck after summer anyways.

I painted my door and tailgate handles with the ever-popular Krylon Fusion--it looked pretty good, but after a long, hard winter, they're a little worse for wear. I'm probably gonna hit them again

I would just get some adhesion promoter, and krylon flat black.

I dont know of anything else that would look good.

Mirror removal is a piece of cake. I've never done handles.
