Increased throttle response gives you the "feeling" of more power but there is no true measurable horsepower gain. You can really spin those tires pulling away from a stop light though!

pretty sweet idea eh? no one really guards that area. Obviously its not tough enough to take on huge stuff but small sticks and shrubs and tall grass etc that gets under there is blocked.
a pointer though, measure with wheels at full lock both turned left and right. I didnt and I have since had to take these off because they rubbed the inside of my tires horribly. Ill have to cut and reinstall but it was under 10$ to do and in under an hour so its a fun "mod"

haha yeah I have a few that have bird shot marks and all. This designed used a dead end marker sign. The vertical red diamond marker that marks the end of a street. either way, its just 1/8th" metal. drills nice, I like it

it has held up great. i used a can of color match paint from advanced auto. primed it then did a couple coats of color. then went back over the letters with some touch up paint. then a few coats of clear. it has been on about a year now and still looks like the day i did it. my truck is two tone so i carried it into the engine bay. makes the engine pop , red fire metallic and shadow gray are the colors
