Diff Exhaust.
Magnaflow.
True, you already have an exhaust, but change is good sometimes.
Flowmaster is supposed to be more of a sound muffler, not a high-po muffler.
Magnaflow has the straight through design while utilizing the perforated core for sound dampening. My Bassani uses the same principle, but instead of one core, it has two. The Magnaflow will most likely give you some high-end horsepower, and the bottom might lose just a small amount of torque. That's actually why I went with the Bassani; the dual core helps add backpressure during lo-flow situations, but when you tromp it it allows the gases to escape more freely than a Flowmaster for instance.
On a stock vehicle, sound is about the only real difference.
Why not Borla? Dinero. Borla is a nice muffler, but the difference in money is not justifiable IMO when compared to the performance you will NOT gain when compared to a similar muffler.
The Bassani has a sound all its own, though. Yellowedge (Michael) heard it at the meet....it's REALLY deep at idle. He also got to hear it first-hand during a race :D

Here's where I got it:

I would feel more comfortable if you heard one first though; it's a good sounding muffler, but different.
In other words, a Flowmaster sounds "macho" and the Bassani sounds fast. It would be like comparing a Mustang to a BMW. Mustangs sound beefy, Bimmers sound more subdued, but scream at WOT.
